We are a research team at Peking University Institute of Advanced Agricultural Sciences (PKU-IAAS). Our research interest focuses on genomics, bioinformatics and synthetic biology of horticulture crops including vegetables, flowers and medicinal herbs. We study molecular mechanisms underlying interactions between horticulture plants and pathogenic fungi, especially vascular wilt pathogens. Combining experimental and computational analysis, we aim to understand the genome architecture, gene regulatory mechanisms underlying horticulture plant growth, development, adaptation to biotic and abiotic stress, guiding crop improvement.
